Product Descriptions: We take every effort to display product details, roast profiles, ground sizes, packaging, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging, colors, or textures may vary slightly due to device display differences or packaging updates.
Pricing: All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Errors & Corrections: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to technical, typographical, or administrative error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and charged. In such instances, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CONTRACT FORMATION

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted by us only after payment is successfully processed and we send a dispatch/order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Payment Processing: Payments on our Wix platform are routed through secure, Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse/cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: product stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, invalid delivery addresses, or breach of these Terms.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COURIER PARTNERS

Dispatch & Timelines: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment verification. Estimated delivery times are typically 5–7 business days depending on your location across India.
Third-Party Logistics: Shipping and delivery are facilitated by contracted third-party courier services (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post). Delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, peak festive periods, severe weather, state borders, or force majeure events are outside our direct control.
Failed Deliveries: If an order fails to be delivered due to incorrect customer details, customer unavailability, or non-cooperation with courier delivery attempts (including failed OTP verification), repeat shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Perishable & Consumable Goods Notice: Because consumable and food/beverage products (such as whole bean coffee, ground coffee, and food items) are perishable and sensitive to hygiene standards, they are non-returnable once opened or delivered in sound condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs/unboxing videos of the damaged parcel and invoice.
Refund Timelines: Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days back to the original payment source in accordance with RBI payment gateway settlement cycles.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content published on this Platform—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, illustrations, packaging designs, audio clips, digital downloads, and website layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Purrcolate Coffee LLP or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without our prior written consent.

7. PROHIBITED USES
